I find this is a typical mistake that companies make when taking pictures - trying to create cleavage to make it look sexy - but you don't want to put a too small bra on a lactating breast. This can put pressure on ducts which in turn can prevent the milk from flowing which can lead to clogged ducts and possibly on to mastitis.

Fitting: The Madonna Shapes will be very disappointed in the shaping this bra gives, but if you are mostly concerned with comfort - this is your bra! It is expensive for a sleep bra but great for sleeping, since there is no hardware to deal with in the middle of the night. If you want some support for comfort but do not mind not looking "perky" at home, this is a great lounging bra. The cups sizes are pretty standard but the band size runs true to your actual measurement around the rib cage. Remember it should not be pushing the breasts together or pushing in on any breast tissue. The A cup is true to size. The B and C cup is pretty good up through the 36 band but as the sizes increase the amount big increases also. They seem to take a leap in cup sizes with the 38 and upward band size. We are happy to announce that we can get Jeaunique bras again! They are now made under the name Le Unique. The name is different, but the bras are the same.
Special Features: The Le Unique bra is unique. This is an outstanding garment for women in all phases of their lives. The patented design originated with bridge engineering where the support comes from underneath the breasts instead of hanging all the weight on the shoulder. This is the ultimate bra for support and provides more than any underwire ever made!!
Fabric Content: The cups are made from an equal blend of Nylon/Poly lace and the banderin support is made of a breathable acetate. The back is a one way stretch power netting. In spite of the fibers it is quite comfortable!
Shape and Fitting: If support is your main concern this bra is a must as you will not even bounce in it! Because of the fussier fit and less expand/contract ability of this bra, I suggest you wait on this style until 5-6 weeks after birth when you have really settled in and know what size you will be for the long haul. It is very important to read the directions and put this bra on exactly as they suggest!! I do have to be honest here and make a warning: After you get it on but before you even look down at it or look in the mirror you must get your shirt on!! It will amaze you what it looks like to have breasts up where they were first designed to be but the sight of the way it does it can be a bit overwhelming at first. I guess you will have to experience this one to understand. It does mellow and shape to you after a couple weeks of washing and wear so it will not stay quite so "pointy".
Washing Instructions: Hand wash in cool water but do not twist or wring. No bleach. This bra can absolutely NOT be put in the dryer!!
Back: The widths change with every few sizes but they are very
appropriate for the size. They all have 3 positions however extenders are
available.

Sizes: Jenuique bras come in sizes ranging from 32 to 46, cup sizes C through KK, (II through KK are only available in the J31's beige) and are priced according to specific size and color choices. Special Features: Surprise! We got one order in and then they informed us that they are discontinuing this line and going back to their old style. The old style (39, 97, 99) will not be available until Jan 2010. These new ones were running small but they were very nice otherwise - what is on the drop down menu is all that is available. has updated their bra with some nice features! The fabric is a floral jacquard which has an inner frame from breathable Coolmax (from Invista). No more tags in the back to itch and has a reminder between the cups that you can slide back and forth to remember which side you last nursed from.

Special Features: This one is the best of sculptured softcup bras that I have seen! It has an ever so light padding to keep those cups really smooth but not so much that you can't get it out of the way to nurse either! A little lower plunge in the middle for your lower cut shirts.
