This is a variety of cottons that make great shirts. I called the heavier navy shirting a "polo knit" because that is the kind of fabric they usually make plain polo shirts from. It comes in a 38" tube. The navy waffle knit that are used for thermals is in a 28" tube. The jersey knits are 60" and come in bright yellow, navy and grey.

Some of these are narrow ribbing (1x1) and some are a little wider ribbing (2x2). We can't gaurantee any fiber content here but most of them feel like cotton except the forest green which I would guess to be polyester. The 1x1 grey comes in a 38" wide tube, the light blue and navy are 28" tubes, the 2x2 pink is a 22" tube, the 2x2 light blue is an 18" tube, the green and dark grey are 16" tubes.

Just a few left! The micro navy fleece is 60" wide. The stretchy grey and the plain navy are probably brushed nylon but they are soft like fleeces! Both are 60" wide also. So many possibilities. . .

This is just a fun idea for a gift or a companion to grow with you during your pregnancy! We have three different plants that reproduce and make fun babies. Special Features: Padded bras have made their way into the nursing bra arena. This one gives very nice shaping with the underwire. They call it "lightly padded" but it is a pretty standard thickness - definitely padded. It brings up the problem of what to do with all the bulk when you need to lower the cup to nurse? If you flip the cup halfway down you can use that padding as extra support and could help eliminate having to hold the breast to support it for the little ones. The straps are extra wide for comfort and there is pretty lace detail between (low plunge) the cups and a little on the sides with microfibre in back. Don't forget a matching panty - lace thong style 1001 or microfibre style 1002.

This is a comprehensive supplement designed to meet a woman's extra nutritional requirements during pregnancy and lactation. It is hypoallergenic and exceptionally well-tolerated. Recommendations are to take 4 capsules twice daily with meals and the container contains 240 capsules so this works out to be a month supply.
The numbers look pretty good except for the vitamin D levels. It only has 100 IU per 4 capsules. The RDA is 400 IU/day but the newest research is showing quite a different need. Canada has put it's pregnant women on 5000 IU/day so you may want to do your own research on this one - Dr. Cannell is one of the leading authorities in this field!

This is a good combination for any pregnant mom to get the extra folic acid needed (800 mcg or 200% of daily value per tablet) along with the vitamin B-12 (2.5 mg or 41,667% of daily value) to assist in absorbing and give energy.
